Modern app redesign simplifying mobile banking experiences

Objective

The objective was to redesign the Dostbank app to create a modern and intuitive mobile banking experience, encouraging users to fully engage with online banking services and reduce their need for physical bank visits.

Challenge

An in-depth analysis of the existing app revealed usability issues that hindered customers from accessing services easily. These challenges led to underutilization of mobile banking features. The challenge was to redesign the app’s structure and improve the user experience, making it simpler and more engaging for customers to complete transactions and access banking services on the go.


Approach

To create a seamless and engaging mobile experience, I focused on simplifying the customer journey and ensuring that key features were easily accessible. By improving the design, enhancing usability, and emphasizing visual clarity, I aimed to encourage users to engage more with the app and fully take advantage of mobile banking, reducing the need for in-person visits.
