Vibrant app that makes banking simple, engaging, and fun
Objective
The objective was to transform an outdated and clunky mobile banking app into a modern, user-friendly platform. The goal was to create an engaging, visually appealing, and intuitive interface that encourages users to rely on the app for their banking needs instead of visiting physical branches.
Challenge
The initial app suffered from significant usability issues, including poor navigation, overwhelming layouts, and low engagement due to contrast issues and an uninspired interface. Users struggled to complete tasks efficiently, and the overall experience lacked the clarity and ease expected in modern mobile banking apps. The challenge was to revamp the interface to make it visually appealing, accessible, and intuitive while driving user interaction

Approach
I redesigned the app with vibrant, gradient-based backgrounds contrasted with bold black buttons and large fonts to improve readability and accessibility. Playful illustrations and a colorful interface made the app more engaging, while streamlined customer flows and simplified navigation ensured users could easily complete their banking tasks. This new design brought fun and ease to the banking experience, significantly boosting user interaction and satisfaction.
