The objective was to design a modern, user-centric corporate website that showcases the bank’s diverse financial products and services. The aim was to create a seamless online experience that would encourage customers to engage with the bank’s services digitally, without the need for physical visits.
The existing website had a confusing layout and lacked an intuitive structure, making it difficult for users to easily access the bank’s services. The challenge was to improve the information architecture to enhance usability and promote online engagement, ensuring users could quickly find and use the bank’s services.
To create an intuitive and efficient online experience, I focused on simplifying the customer journey, ensuring that users could easily navigate and access services. By emphasizing a clean, user-friendly interface and clear calls to action, I aimed to make the bank’s financial services more accessible, encouraging customers to take advantage of digital banking options and reducing their reliance on in-person visits.
